OUR recent trip to Las Vegas was indeed full of surprises – good surprises! The first surprise (at least to me) was a dinner reservation made by my husband at Gallagher’s Steakhouse in New York-New York Hotel Casino. We miscalculated our schedule (perhaps due to my excitement) and arrived at the restaurant way too early for our 7:30 p.m. reservation.
